Join Finland’s largest SAP event as a partner and connect directly with SAP community, customers, experts, and decision-makers.
Seminar partnerships are registered with the form below, no later than Monday, Aug 31st 2026. Registrations will be processed now and after holidays from week 33, and confirmations are sent. The first part of partnership is invoiced when confirmed.
NOTE! There are 18 Standard Partnership, 6 Premium Partnership and 1 Platinum Partnership Packages. All parthership packages will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, favouring SAP Finug members over non-members. The SAP Finug Board will confirm the Partnerships.
SAP Customer Stories
SAP Customer Stories are real-life case presentations showcasing how SAP customers are driving business value and transformation with SAP solutions. These sessions are designed to provide practical insights, lessons learned, and concrete examples from real projects. Key criteria for the stories: 1–2 speakers (preferably a customer representative) and a public customer reference is required. Final selection for the seminar program is made by the SAP Finug board.

Application & Allocation Principles
- Partner packages are primarily allocated on a first come, first served basis
- Submitting the form is considered a non-binding expression of interest
- SAP Finug will confirm all partnerships by contacting applicants right away and no later than week 33 (August)
- SAP Finug reserves the right to finalize all package allocations
Platinum Partner (special conditions)
- Application deadline: Friday, June 26
- If multiple companies apply, the Platinum Partner will be selected via a random draw (raffle)
- Companies not selected in the draw will be offered a Premium or Standard package based on their original submission order
- If no Platinum applications are received, the Platinum package may be converted into an additional Premium package
Additional notes
- Standard package is also available for non-members, but priority is given to SAP Finug member companies
- Partner application period closes on August 31 (week 36)
- All confirmed partners can purchase additional event tickets at a discounted rate of €260 (regular price €300 + VAT)
- Partner registrations are managed via a company-specific voucher link
