As always, SAP Finug Board will carefully select the most compelling Customer Stories to be presented on stage, offering you a platform to inspire and engage with a Finnish SAP audience. SAP Customer Story Opportunity
Do you have a compelling SAP customer story that could benefit the SAP Finug community? The SAP Finug Board will select a few impactful stories to be presented on stage. If you have a case to share, please share it with us: sihteeri@sapfinug.fi.
Exhibition Space
We encourage partners to create interactive and engaging exhibition stands. Positive feedback from previous Seminars supports this approach, and we aim to maintain high standards. The partnership package includes two seminar passes and an exhibition stand with a mounted 40-inch display screen.
Marketing & Visibility
As an event partner, your company will be featured in event marketing, onsite branding, and post-event promotions. Your brand will be visible on the SAP Finug website (sapfinug.fi), event registration page (Oppia.fi), newsletters, and social media. While attendee lists are not shared, networking is highly encouraged at the exhibition area.
To enhance lead generation, we are introducing the EventApp tool, which allows exhibitors to scan attendee QR codes and collect key contact details (name, title, company, email, phone number). Additional notes can be added, and data can be exported to Excel for easy follow-up.
