SAP esitteli yhtiön vuosittaisessa konferenssissa SAPPHIRE NOW’ssa Orlandossa uuden sarjan CRM-sovelluksia, SAP C/4HANAn. SAP:n pääjohtaja Bill McDermott oli itse julkistamassa . Sen tavoitteena on auttaa yrityksiä vastaamaan kasvaneisiin asiakasodotuksiin aina kampanjoista palveluun. SAP C/4HANA on integroitu CRM-ratkaisu, joka ulottuu myynnin ulkopuolelle. Hybris-, Gigya- ja CallidusCloud-yrityskauppojen jälkeen SAP liittää ratkaisut yhteen tavoitteena tuoda asiakkaille toimintaa helpottavia ominaisuuksia, kuten kuluttajien tietojen suojelu, markkinointi, kauppa, myynti ja asiakastuki.
